Hi, I’m Amanda Dyer a mother of three, a wife, feminine arts teacher, and womb healer.
I help women return to their innate wisdom, awaken their confidence, and experience the beauty, power, and peace that comes from living in harmony with themselves.
I love beauty, not the kind defined by trends or appearances, but the beauty that radiates from within. I help you discover your true, authentic self, free from old beliefs, programming, and society’s outdated beauty standards.
From as young as nine, I was giving my friends at school makeovers, not just for fun, but because I loved seeing their faces light up. I realised early on that I had a gift for making women feel seen and beautiful. That passion led me to become a professional makeup artist in 2003.
My journey into this work began seven years ago, when I had a profound spiritual awakening. That awakening shifted everything. I moved my family from Melbourne, Australia, to the Sunshine Coast, seeking a life more aligned with a holistic and spiritual approach to healing.
For 23 years, I was a highly functioning alcoholic. It was womb work that became the key to my transformation, the path that helped me purify my waters, reclaim my body, and come home to myself. Through this work, I’ve witnessed ripple effects not only within my own life, but in my family and in the women I work with.

And my path has taken me through many doorways, from earth-based rituals and goddess work to a deep devotion to Yeshua, Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary, and God. I no longer see myself as bound to religion, but my work is infused with the Feminine Christ energies, the balancing of masculine and feminine, and the sacred union the hieros gamos within the self.
I created Light of Alchemy after my own personal journey into the underworld and bring forward more light. Light of Alchemy is now my alchemy work where I have held hundreds of women in retreats, in person workshops and 1;1 sessions. I also assist for rites of passages with birth, pregnancy and death. In my sessions, I guide women to find divine union inside themselves so they can also experience it in the relationships and spaces around them. This is not about needing anything outside of yourself, it’s about awakening what’s already within.
The results of this work are profound!
My “why” is deeply personal. Having lived as a highly functioning alcoholic for 23 years, I know the pain of disconnection from self, from others, and from the truth of who we are. I’ve seen how disconnected our world has become, and I dream of a different way. I want to see a world of sovereignty, where little girls and boys grow up free from jealousy, pride, lust and competition, rising together in unity. I believe healing is an inside job, and it begins in the womb. This work changed my life, and I am living testimony to its power. Over the years, I’ve had the honour of helping hundreds of women around the world reclaim their confidence, heal deeply, and step into their highest expression.
Teaching is my greatest joy. I’m here to share ancient knowledge, support women in their empowerment, and remind you that the answers are already within you. My role isn’t to be the guru.. it’s to walk alongside you as you discover the beauty, wisdom, and strength you already carry.
An LMS is short for Learning Management System. It is a software that allows you to automate, manage, and capture the learning, or training, with your organization.
Learning Management System (LMS) advantages include the ability to capture compliance training, reduce the amount of time and effort to managing organizational-wide learning, reduce skills gaps with to a better way to distribute and encourage a learning culture, and increase visibility to learning effectiveness to optimize programs.
Employees often learn from each other, and a majority of learning in an organization is informal learning – or learning in the flow of work. It’s important to encourage and capture organization-wide collaboration for increased productivity, social learning, and cross-team communication.
A modern learning software should encourage collaborative learning – the ability to follow and share colleague updates, join communities, discuss projects and learning, and share appreciation and knowledge across multiple teams. As employee expectation and required skills shift, it’s important to capture informal learning, and drive increased adoption of a common learning system with modern capabilities.
