Terms & Conditions / Terms of Service

By accessing our website, enrolling in programs, or purchasing content from Celtic Rose Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms of Service

By using our website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to comply with these terms. All offerings are subject to availability and may change at any time without notice. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prices may change at any time without notice.

2. Course Participation Terms

Refund Policy

  • There are no refunds offered for this program. Enrolment is a personal and energetic commitment to the work.

Attendance and Scheduling

  • Participants are expected to attend all scheduled calls. If you are unable to attend, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Amanda and her team will make reasonable efforts to find an alternative time, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Certification

  • Currently, in 2025, this program does not offer nationally accredited certification. Upon successful completion of all modules, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from Celtic Rose Academy.

Course Flexibility

  • The course structure is provided as a guide only. Content may evolve throughout the program based on the needs of the group.

Rite of the Womb & Sacred Transmission

  • You will be initiated into the Rite of the Womb during Pillar 2: Celtic Rose Womb Healing. We request that you embody this rite through a full four-season cycle before initiating or passing it on to others, to honour the Celtic ancestors’ embodiment traditions. Amanda is available for ongoing support if you feel called to share this work. Please note: You do not need to wait four seasons to hold womb healing ceremonies — only to initiate others.

3. Access and Use of Content

Ongoing Access

  • Once enrolled, you receive access to all course content, including videos and materials, which you may rewatch at your own pace during and after the program.

License and Usage Rights

  • When you purchase content from Celtic Rose Academy, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the material for personal, non-commercial use only.

By agreeing to these terms, you also agree:

  • (a) Not to copy, reproduce, share, distribute, or use the content outside the scope of this agreement.
  • (b) Not to sell, lease, modify, or publicly perform the content.
  • (c) Not to tamper with the material or create derivative works.
  • (d) To comply with any specific license terms noted in individual products or programs.
    We may revoke your licence if you breach these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided through our website, membership platform, courses, and materials is the property of Celtic Rose Academy and is copyright protected. This includes but is not limited to: written content, images, videos, guided practices, downloads, meditations, and original rituals. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce or redistribute any of this content without express written permission.

5. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected during registration or participation and used only for communication, administration, and support purposes within the Celtic Rose Academy.

6. Disclaimer

  • The information, teachings, and practices shared in this program are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider for diagnosis or treatment of any medical or mental health condition.

7. Support

  • During the 3-month program, Amanda offers unlimited WhatsApp support, Monday to Friday (AEST). You can expect a response within 24 business hours.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Celtic Rose Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program or access to the content constitutes your agreement to any changes.
